Cash payments would need to be made at time of appointment and only correct money please as change can’t be given.

  • Booking Terms & Conditions:-  Please give as much notice as possible for cancellations.  At least 24 hours’ notice where possible or half fee may apply.  This appointment may then be offered to someone on my waiting list or someone that really needs it.  If it is last minute I do not always get time to contact people. Thank you in advance for your consideration.  There is a standard £18 'no show' fee - this applies if you do not cancel your appointment.

  • Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be used after their expiry date, just like in any salon or store.  There is 6 months so plenty of time to redeem and I will always do my best to accommodate you as much as I can and as quickly as I can.  Evening appointments need to be booked in advance due to high demand but day times are much more available as little as the following week.

  • Please discuss any medical history with me prior to your appointment if you are concerned it may affect your treatment or health.  It's very important that you tell me if you are pregnant, have had or are suffering from DVT or blood clots, Cancer or high blood pressure.  If you are concerned about your health & how a treatment might affect you or you are on medication, please discuss this with your GP or Consultant prior to booking your appointment to make sure they are happy for you to proceed.  I am not a Doctor.

  • If you have any medical or health problems considered to be contagious, please contact me prior to your treatment. For example, athlete's foot, fungi infections, veruccas, impetigo,  skin infections, hair lice, cold sores etc.  Not all is lost! Sometimes we can adapt treatments to avoid these areas but it is always best to check! Don't feel embarrassed as these are all very common problems!

  • My treatments here are completely confidential and anything discussed during your treatment will be treated so. You can rest assure you are in good hands.

  • If you are over 15 stone in weight you are using my equipment at your own risk.

  • You may suffer some small side effects after a treatment where the body eliminates toxins, this is quite normal.

  • You understand that I CANNOT treat you if you are under 12 weeks pregnant and MUST tell me if you are pregnant.

  • Most importantly, this treatment is about you! This is your time out and I want you to get the most out of your treatment.  Please feel free to contact me on my 'visit us' page and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
