Important Information about your appointment....
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT you will need to complete the form below after reading my Covid19 policy and terms & conditions. By submitting your personal form you are confirming you have read and understood and will comply. Thank you.
There have been some changes so please read carefully and also send me the required details well before your next appointment (you can do this as soon as you like so you are ready! ) This will be updated as guidelines change.
As from 19th July it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face mask in my treatment room. However if you still wish to wear one and for me to do the same, please let me know prior to your treatment and I am more than happy to!
Hand sanitising on arrival is still encouraged. I still require all clients to read and sign my covid policy and to not come if you have been in contact with someone who has covid or if you have a positive test result.
Only one at a time. No waiting area. No bringing a friend or partner or child. If you are bringing a child for an appointment under 16 years of age then you can stay with them in the treatment room.
This can be done via bank transfer or pay pal
Cash payments would need to be put in an envelope with your name on and only correct money please as change can’t be given.
DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE EXPERIENCING COVID19 SYMPTOMS! THIS ALSO GOES FOR MYSELF. DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE TO SELF ISOLATE DUE TO ANY REASON. Please do not attend with ANY contagious conditions such as severe cold / flu, stomach/sickness bugs etc..
Booking Terms & Conditions:- Please give as much notice as possible for cancellations. At least 24 hours’ notice where possible or half fee may apply. This appointment may then be offered to someone on my waiting list or someone that really needs it. If it is last minute I do not always get time to contact people. Thank you in advance for your consideration. There is a standard £18 'no show' fee - this applies if you do not cancel your appointment.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be used after their expiry date, just like in any salon or store. There is 6 months so plenty of time to redeem and I will always do my best to accommodate you as much as I can and as quickly as I can. Evening appointments need to be booked in advance due to high demand but day times are much more available as little as the following week.
Please discuss any medical history with me prior to your appointment if you are concerned it may affect your treatment or health. It's very important that you tell me if you are pregnant, have had or are suffering from DVT or blood clots, Cancer or high blood pressure. If you are concerned about your health & how a treatment might affect you or you are on medication, please discuss this with your GP or Consultant prior to booking your appointment to make sure they are happy for you to proceed. I am not a Doctor.
If you have any medical or health problems considered to be contagious, please contact me prior to your treatment. For example, athlete's foot, fungi infections, veruccas, impetigo, skin infections, hair lice, cold sores etc. Not all is lost! Sometimes we can adapt treatments to avoid these areas but it is always best to check! Don't feel embarrassed as these are all very common problems!
My treatments here are completely confidential and anything discussed during your treatment will be treated so. You can rest assure you are in good hands.
If you are over 15 stone in weight you are using my equipment at your own risk.
You may suffer some small side effects after a treatment where the body eliminates toxins, this is quite normal.
You understand that I CANNOT treat you if you are under 12 weeks pregnant and MUST tell me if you are pregnant.
Most importantly, this treatment is about you! This is your time out and I want you to get the most out of your treatment. Please feel free to contact me on my 'visit us' page and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

I will contact you using the contact preferences you have given me.
The only details I will hold on you are: the completed consultation form you completed and signed on your first visit and any subsequent updates, your telephone number on my phone and possibly your email address on my email account should that be your preferred method of contact. We may have had Facebook contact on my Reflexology site in messenger and normally these are rarely deleted so I can keep up with any conversations or changes we may have discussed on there regarding your appointment or health. No one else has access to these.
Why do I need your personal details?
This is to ensure you receive the best treatment from me tailored to your personal expectations and health needs. Details such as lifestyle help to determine stress levels and any recommendations I can make to help you. Contact details are important so we are able to keep in touch regarding your appointment and health changes and for emergency contact purposes. If there are any details you would like me to destroy.
